I spent 4 years in restaurant kitchens, including as kitchen manager during the summer rush. Every season I saw the same things: phones ringing with no one to answer, customers waiting, and new staff trained from scratch right when we were busiest.
Today I’m trained in AI automation, and I use it to solve exactly those problems for local businesses — so owners and their teams can focus on their customers, not on repetitive tasks.
